The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) released the Annual Performance Report (APR) which is used to determine the district’s accreditation status. As in the past, Smithville Schools are fully accredited, and there are many strengths and celebrations revealed in this year’s report.
The August 2019 issue of American School and University, a national publication, chose Eagle Heights Elementary as a school of "Outstanding Design - Common Area."
Smithville High School received a top ranking by U.S. News & World Report on the "2019 Best High Schools" list. In the state of Missouri, Smithville High School ranked second. Click the link above to read more.
