I'm Brenda Rushing and I’m excited to be a teacher in the Smithville School District.  I graduated from Missouri Western in 2016 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I also earned a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of Central Missouri. I’ve taught summer school for two years, and I was an Instructional Assistant at Maple Elementary for 3 years. I live in Smithville with my 4 children, Abbygail, Colton, Wyatt and Levi. We keep busy with soccer and visiting family and friends.
