High School Announcements

  • Attention Parents/Guardians of High School Winter and Spring Athletes

If your child was cleared to participate for a FALL SPORT, you need not do anything else at this time for Privit.
You many have already seen that several changes have occured due to new rules from Missouri High School Activities Association (MSHSAA). Effective June 1, 2019 all Pre Participation Physicals that are current will now be valid for two calendar years. Example: Physical is performed and dated on November 18, 2018 is now valid until November 18, 2020. It will expire on November 18, 2020. Therefore it is imperative that you are aware of the date of your child's physical as there is a chance now that your son/daughters physical could expire during their season (These dates can be found in your athlete's Privit account). An athlete is/will be considered ineligible should this occur.
MSHSAA will continue to require that all other paperwork (Pre Participation Medical History, Consents, Concussion information, etc) be filled out on an annual basis for participation. As a reminder all of this information is performed through our Privit system.
Paperwork and current physical must be on file prior to the beginning of your athletes sport season to be deemed eligible. For upcoming Winter Sports this is due by Wednesday October 23rd, Spring Sports Wednesday February 19th, 2020.
