Dr. Michelle Kratofil

I began my career in education in 1998 as a high school social studies teacher.  Since then, I have served as a curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, and Director of Curriculum, Assessment and Staff Development.  I currently serve as Assistant Superintendent for Academic Services. In this capacity, I oversee curriculum development, assessment training, administration and data analysis, staff development, gifted education, MSIP 5 compliance and many other duties.  I am proud to be a Warrior and to serve the students, staff and parents of the Smithville School District!
