Vaccination Clinic Offered to 7th Grade Students!
The state of MO requires that all incoming 8th grade students have the Tdap and Meningitis vaccinations prior to enrollment. To make this more convenient for our families, we have partnered with the Clay County Public Health Center to host a FREE clinic at the Middle School to administer these vaccinations! Your insurance company will be notified that your child received the vaccine, but these will not be charged to your insurance, you do not have to pay for them AND a parent does not need to take the student to get them done. These vaccinations will be given here at the Middle School on March 7th during the regular school day. Click HERE for information from the Clay County Public Health Center regarding this opportunity. Click HERE to sign up. We recommend that you receive an email confirmation at the bottom of the registration form. If you have any questions, please contact our school nurse Linsey Pflugradt at

St Luke's FREE Sport Physical Opportunity
It is that time again! St Luke's Hospital is once again offering free sport physicals to all of our 7th and 8th grade students. These sport physicals are good for the rest of this year AS WELL AS ALL OF NEXT YEAR! This is a great offer if you are considering doing any sport next year. All Missouri students must have a sport physical to compete in any athletic activities, these physicals have a doctor's clearance for participation.
They will be held during the school day, there will be a bus and we will take you over there and back. Parents do not come with and you do not have to provide any insurance info.
There are 2 things you must do to get signed up:
1)Permission Form - parent must sign the permission form for student to attend - click HERE for a copy of that. Print out or come in the office for a copy, sign it and return it to Suzy Smith (you can scan and email to the address below or bring it to the office) These are first come first served, and the appointments fill up REALLY fast.
2) You must have the online PRIVIT account completely filled out. Privit is our online sport physical system. For information on Privit and a link to their website to begin, click HERE
Again, you must have the 2 things finished to get signed up. It is first come first served, we will not hold spaces. Any questions, please email Suzy Smith at
