Today we celebrate Nicki Wagner, our dedicated Yearbook advisor, as the October Staff Member of the Month! Nicki exhibits exemplary standards for the Yearbook program, setting clear expectations and working tirelessly with students to create a yearbook they can be proud of. She communicates openly, invites student input, and continuously focuses on producing quality work. If you’re in the building late, chances are you’ll see Miss Wagner keeping the lab open or hosting work nights, giving students the time and support they need to meet deadlines and produce their best work. Miss Wagner holds the yearbook staff to high standards: if a picture or description isn’t just right, it’s reworked or replaced. She knows that achieving perfection takes time and effort, and she guides her students through the process, helping them grow from setbacks and find pride in their accomplishments. Thank you, Nicki, for your dedication and hard work and for always being there to lend a helping hand. Your commitment to excellence inspires us all!
