We had a wonderful opportunity this morning to show our gratitude and appreciation for our Veterans. This student led assembly was a great tribute to those that have served our country. It was an absolute honor to recognize our Veterans. #WarriorFamily -S. Moore

These students were being creative in their kitchen labs today. They were coming up with various recipes to try and provide feedback for. What a fun, exciting, and delicious day at the High School. #WarriorFamily -S. Moore

Today, the cadet teachers visited the Midcontinent Public Library. Early Literacy Specialist and Assistant Branch Manager, Alex Donnavan, taught them about how hearing books read aloud can support early literacy in young children. She also shared how to select a good picture book and how to structure a read-aloud lesson. Before we left, the cadets checked out books to prepare and plan their own read-aloud lessons for their teaching internship.

FBLA SHS chapter is proud to share that our students are already ranked in the top 10 state and nationwide for their participation in the Business Battle this season.
