11 HS archers, 6 MS Archers & 2 Elementary archer’s traveled to The Wichita Heights High School on Saturday. They competed in the 3rd Annual Air Capital archery tournament. They shot in Bullseye & 3D. Our 2 elementary archers Bodee Jackson from Horizon took 3rd in bullseye & 2 in 3D for elementary boys & Izzy Meek took 1st in elementary girls for both bullseye & 3D. Emma Smith 6th grader from Eagle Heights which is apart of our amazing MS team placed 8th in Bullseye & 10th in 3D. Eric Billau took 3rd in 3D & Matthew Smith 5th in 3D. Evie Wilson took 2nd in Bullseye, Jackson Perkins took 2nd in bullseye, Mason Throm took 4th in bullseye In 3D our HS team took 3rd place in HS teams & MS took 2nd for MS teams. Next weekend we have some archers headed to Herington KS for the 4th Annual Flint Hills Border Battle 3D which is an outdoor tournament & then on May 4 we back home to host our 3rd Annual Warrior Outdoor Challenge 3D tournament. I do have some plaques & trophies for HS & MS that we would like to see about displaying in there corresponding buildings.

Today over 170 students and 30 industry partners partnered together for SHS Green Tie Affair. The day is about entrepreneurship and innovation! Students presented and pitched their business ideas to a variety of stakeholders and community members. The highlights of the day included: business model interviews, Warrior Fire pitches "think shark tank", Programming portfolios viewable by the public, robotics fun, Warrior Radio representation, and Marketing audit showcase. All student run businesses were open for business, including: The Grind coffee shop and The Tribe Store. Project Management students displayed Tribe store and Warrior Print screen printed products from the merch cart, and gave tours to check out the new custom screen printed student business enterprise "Warrior Print" All industry partners were greeted with coffee from The Grind and muffins from International Foods class.
