BRANDING STANDARDS

The district is striving to create a consistent use of logos to assist in establishing a clearly defined identity within our schools and our community. The District’s official logos should appear on all District communication and documents sent to the public. Included in this section are guidelines intended to implement consistent usage of District logos. District logos have been service marked. ‘SM’ is located on each logo and represents the legal action.

ABOUT OUR DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Communications Department is to build trust and transparency through clear, timely, and strategic communication with students, staff, families, and the broader community. The department works to inform and engage stakeholders on key district initiatives, celebrate student and staff success, and support a consistent, positive experience across the district.

The Communications Department coordinates the district’s public relations and marketing efforts; oversees internal and external communications; serves as the primary point of contact for media inquiries; and supports districtwide customer service standards. Through storytelling, brand alignment, and community engagement, the department helps strengthen relationships and advance the district’s mission and goals.
