Kansas City Football 'N' America PreK-9th Grade CoEd, Mark L McHenry park, Thursdays 5-9pm

Registration is Open for Kansas City’s newest flag football league! Join as an individual or register your entire team. FNA was created by Drew Brees and an experienced team of youth sports enthusiasts, FNA was founded on the primary goal of delivering the gold standard experience of flag football across America. Mr SHS March 20 7-9pm

We are so excited to announce that we are bringing back the tradition of Mr. SHS to our school! Mr. SHS is a competition where boys representing their sports and clubs with their current titles (Mr. Football, Mr. FCA, Mr. Track, etc...) all compete to win the overall title of Mr. SHS! The event will include an opening number, a talent contest, dad jokes, and an interview portion. And the best part... This event is totally FREE to attend! MORE INFORMATION TO COME!!

What: More than a run...an event the whole family can enjoy!

  • Free Registration

  • 1.3 mile color run/walk

  • Cross-country style course (not paved)

  • FREE T-Shirt, activities and resources

  • Food Trucks on site for you to purchase dinner/snacks

When: Wednesday, April 2, 2025 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m

  • Food Trucks open for purchase at 5:30 p.m.

  • Run/Walk starts at 6:00 p.m.

Where: Smithville Main Campus

Why: Happiness, Health and Belonging

Parking is recommended at Smithville High School. Food Trucks will be located between the High School and the Administration Office, and booths will be set up across from the High School. The course is marked throughout the main campus in the grass. (Jogging strollers allowed.)

We live in such a wonderful community with the school at its core. We have many programs and core beliefs that promote compassion and belonging. We wanted to provide a safe, fun activity for the whole family as well as our community because we are better together!!
