Feed Northland Kids in a unique organization focused on addressing nutrition and hunger by providing healthy, kid-friendly foods for school-aged children living in the Northland.
Our summer food kit program is FREE for families within the Smithville School District with school aged children designed to address food insecurity over the summer. Families will be provided food kits based on household size. Each food kit consists of shelf stable grocery items including pasta, peanut butter, tuna, chicken, cereal, granola bars, canned fruit, vegetables, soup, plus bread and frozen protein. As available, fresh produce and milk may also be available. Participating families must sign up for each event separately. To receive a food kit, please sign up by the following dates:
